Chatsquatch

Brainiac puts a zany and humorous twist on so called “science experiments.” I’ve seen some interesting things, and it never fails to invoke a chuckle with its obsurdity. Lets take a look:

The gang from Chatsquatch were lucky enought to make a trip up to St. Louis for the live Diggnation taping. The show was great; the drive home was not (2 inches of ice!) Kevin and Alex were very cool after the show and spent plenty of time with the fans. We came home with lots of memories and some pretty sweet loot as well. Here are some pics from our trip:

All of us from Chatsquatch.net were lucky enought to make the trip to St. Louis for the live Diggnation show. What’s that you say…prove it? Here is a picture from the Revision3 home page. Mine was not aired in the final cut, but it was when Kevin and Alex were trying to start the show and Kevin was snacking. He said, “Wait, I can’t go yet I’ve got nuts in my mouth!” Can’t believe Glen (Hippie) did not include that in the outtakes for the whole world to see.ÂÂ

Well, I was ready to watch myself on the latest episode of Diggnation, but it looks like the weather delayed the crew in St. Louis. There was some crazy weather when we left St. Louis the next morning. There was an accident about every mile or so. It doubled our travel time home, but we made it back safe.

The show was a blast. We got to meet some really cool people and get a peek at the “behind the scenes” of a live video podcast. When it came time to sign autographs, I was close to Kevin and Alex (next in line actually). Then they decided to move to the epic couch. Then the fanboys surrounded them and we did not get a chance to talk (or pitch our Diggins video). Oh well, it was a good time.

My camera took some crappy pictures, but I think TJ got some good photos. We’ll post them soon. Since I did not get a chance to have my T-Shirt signed, I will try mailing it to them for a signature. I custom made it for the show (artwork at top). I’ll post another picture if I get it back signed.

Someone suggested that I make an addition to the shirt: Buried as inaccurate -HAHA!

The squatches would like to honor Kevin’s birthday at the live St. Louis Diggnation show on 02-20-08. We welcome anyone to join in on the fun.

It’s very simple; every time someone says “Kevin”, we all lift our glasses, cheer, and take a drink.

That’s right, the Squatches are going to St. Louis to see Diggnation LIVE! We are big time fans of the show and cannot wait to check this out. If you want to meet up with us, just look for the guy in the Chatsquatch.net shirt, the REALLY tall guy, and the dude with the cool facial hair.

I’ll have to say, I am rather disappointed in the sketchiness of the show details. We are driving 3+ hours to see the show and would really like to reserve a seat or 3. We have all emailed Diggnation, scoured the forums, and even emailed the Moulin.

I love games. Computer games, board games, card games, etc. Backgammon was one of those games that I grew up playing with my family. Now, you can have the chance to play online backgammon!

Tell me I’m wrong.

I am not much of a breakfast person. I rarely sit down for a meal earlier than 11:00AM. Then I get my cholesterol results back from the doctor.. yikes! In attempts to get my skyrocketed cholesterol under control, I started eating oatmeal for breakfast (this is just one of the many things I am doing to lower my cholesterol, so no flames please).

I found out that oatmeal just does not sit well with me, so I decided to have a slice of toast with it. I could also use the bread for sandwiches at lunch. I journeyed over to the nearest grocery store and picked up the goods. I have had Ozarks Hearth bread before and remembered liking it, so I purchased a loaf.
